Dr. Pat Lynch helps clients elevate their performance through customized, results-oriented  initiatives and interventions that focus on addressing the underlying issues rather than merely their symptoms.

With over 25 years of experience as a process consultant, Pat has worked with organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Since 2007 she has consulted extensively with fire-rescue agencies. In addition to running her own consulting business for over 15 years, Pat is an Associate for Emergency Services Consulting International. She has served as a subject matter expert on several projects for the International Association of Fire Chiefs.

Given her varied experience in business (e.g., finance and economics, mergers and acquisitions, mediation and arbitration), consulting (e.g., developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing organizational change, ghostwriting, coaching, leadership development, identifying and defining core values, employee relations), emergency services (e.g., succession management, strategy development, resource allocation, marketing, writing, educating) and academia (labor relations, human resources, and organizational behavior), Pat has developed a massive “tool kit” from which to select the initiatives and interventions that best fit her clients’ needs. For examples of some of those interventions and their outcomes, please see her resume.
